What This Tool Does

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the calculator include both start and end dates?
The result shows the number of days between the two dates — meaning if you pick the same date, the result is 0. To count both endpoints (e.g. for an inclusive range like "Day 1 to Day 5 = 5 days"), add 1 to the result.
How are working days calculated?
Working days excludes Saturdays and Sundays. It does not account for public holidays, which vary by country and region. For precise business day calculations involving holidays, use a calendar-aware tool.
Is the order of dates important?
No — the tool calculates the absolute difference, so swapping start and end gives the same result. The direction (past or future) is noted in the output.
